Check-in & Check-out

When can I check in?

You can check in from 13:00. If you arrive earlier, you may store your luggage in the luggage area until your suite is ready. If the suite has been cleaned and is ready before 13:00, you may access the suite earlier. 

When do I have to check out?

The suite is yours until 10:30 on the day of your departure. If you wish to check out later than 10:30, please let us know in advance. 

Booking procedure

How do I find out about availability?

Complete the booking form and select „Check availability“. You may also contact us via phone, e-mail, Facebook or Instagram page for an immediate answer.

How do I make reservation?

You may choose between: 

  • Filling in our online booking form or sending us an e-mail through our website.
  • Contacting us via our Facebook or Instagram page.

Do I need to provide my credit card number?

There is no need to provide your credit card number.

Will I receive written confirmation of my request?

Yes, we respond to all requests within 24 hours.

How do I modify a reservation that has already been confirmed?

Simply let us know about the modification that you wish to make to your reservation. If possible, we will confirm the modification. 


What methods of payment are accepted my Megapolis Suites?

We only receive cash payments at the moment.


Are pets allowed?

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed on the property.

Is parking available on the property?

Our suites are located in the very heart of the town, which is why we cannot provide you with a parking space. However, there is a secure public garage 100 metres away from our suites. If you arrive by car, please let us know in advance, in order to arrange the best possible solution.
